Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, please read our returns and exchanges policy below:

1. Ready-to-Ship Products (Including Evening Dresses and Other Apparel)

  • Order Cancellation:
    • If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund, no questions asked.
    • If you cancel your order after 24 hours, a 30% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    • If you receive a product with defects or damage, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction:
    • If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Custom-Made Products (Including Wedding Dresses)

  • Order Cancellation:
    • If you wish to cancel your custom order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund, no questions asked.
    • If you cancel your custom order after 24 hours, a 50% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    • If you receive a custom product with defects or damage, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction:
    • If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 50% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

3. General Return Conditions

  • Return Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags still attached and the packaging unopened.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@ukdress.com within the appropriate time frame. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.

Please note: All returned products must meet the criteria mentioned above to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
